Rich Internet Applications using PHP:

At Sand along with JMOR Inc., USA have tried a unique way of building Rich Internet Applications by creating dynamic forms using PHP, Ajax and MySql and were successful in achieving hte feat. We are yet to complete the product, once launched we are sure that this is going to revolutionize the way web application are built and used. This technology allows companies to define their forms, flow & behaviour of the applciaiton on how it should be available to the end-user.

 Accessing MLS Listins for RealEstate based websites:

MLS Listings are an integral part for trading any property in the United States. At Sand we are trying to work on PHP to retrive property listings from MLS Servers (also called as RETS Server) and present them to the end-user with other quality content added to it. Basically MLS Listings from the servers is RAW data, we are trying to provide a platform for Realtors to add Rich Content to this RAW data and present this to the end-users.

 New Streaming Video Technology:

FLV Players with "ffmpeg" tools provide a great way to stream videos over the web irrespective of the size of the video. This open up lot of avenues to develop rich internet based applications with streaming videos. Earlier whihc was impossible, this new technology allows users even with low-bandwidth's to play videos. At Sand we are actively developing loads of applications using this technology. This has opned up the skies for us!!!

 We've added more space to our office:

We have extended our office premises to fit in more. Now the combined office space is 2500SqFt. This has given us the option to increase our seating capacity from 25 machines to 60 machines and gives us more room to hire more people to expand our operations.
